I grew up in Colorado (Fort Collins) and after getting a degree in Industrial Engineering I spent 24 years in the Air Force in the Civil Engineer career field. This included managing major construction programs throughout the world and also managing leased and government owned housing.

During my military career, real estate was always an interest of mine and I have bought and sold homes across the nation to include new construction, resale and investment properties. After I retired from the military I dedicated myself full time to a real estate career in El Paso County.

By using my background as an engineer, I want to educate people on the home buying/selling process and help them find a home that is right for them and their family. A common refrain you’ll hear from those in the real estate business is “there’s no better time to buy a home.” My job as a realtor is to educate you on the local housing market so you know whether this is actually true for YOU. A home is the biggest financial purchase you will ever make and I want to make sure you are making a decision that is right for your circumstances at the time.

My wife and I have moved almost a dozen times during our career so we know firsthand how difficult relocation can be. We specifically know the difficulties that military relocation brings due to uncertain timeframes, unique purchase requirements, etc. and can assist relocating military members with their specific needs. I am familiar with mortgage programs aimed at a military/veteran buyer and can help you with that process.
